Satish Tripathi's appointment as president of SUNY Buffalo came with a $650,000 package.
- $385,000 base salary
- $150,000 from the UB Foundation
- $115,000 from the SUNY Research Foundation.
Satish's package includes use of the UB McMansion and a vehicle. I guess at $650,000 he could be expected to pay for his own housing and transportation now could he?
What these guys do to earn money like this is a mystery to me. As Ex-President John B Simpson's right hand man, he presided over a university whose Libraries were allowed to crumble into disrepair and now apparently cannot even afford to clean the classrooms.
